SAC Health Acquires Former Wells Fargo Building in San Bernardino to Expand Services in the Region.

SAC Health completed the purchase of former Wells Fargo regional headquarters building on 1003 E. Brier in the city of San Bernardino to provide expanded services and clinics in the region.
SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., Jan. 31, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — SAC Health, a community-based health center, completed the purchase of the former Wells Fargo regional headquarters building located at 1003 East Brier in San Bernardino, California. The newly acquired building will become part of the network of SAC Health campuses and clinics and will be its 12th location.
Renovations are set to start in the coming months to ensure that the space is appropriately converted for medical use, while extensive planning continues to determine the services that will be offered at the future SAC Health – Brier Campus. Opening of the new location is tentatively planned for the year 2025 and will provide additional space and access-point to health care services in the region.
SAC Health provides care to underserved populations, including Medi-Cal and Medicare, in the following areas: family medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, dentistry and other specialties. The final list of services provided at the Brier Campus will be announced in the coming months.
This is the third consecutive year that SAC Health has announced plans to open a new clinic in the region.
